Culinary Adventures 5:30PM at The Degenstein Community Library, 40 South 5TH St, Sunbury. Ever wonder what dragonfruit tastes like? What is in Za’tar? Why is Jackfruit all the rage? Can you fry with avocado oil? If you are curious about trying new things then Culinary Adventures is for YOU! Join Ms. Melissa as we travel around the world through food. This 5 week series will introduce you to unique ingredients and different cuisines. Participants will get a chance to taste a variety of items, learn how they are used and the countries that use them. This is truly a culinary adventure for your senses. Every Wednesdays @ 5:30pm through September28th. This Week -FRUIT – Week 2 – Vegetables – Week 3 – Oils & Vinegars – Week 4 – Spices- Week 5 – Grains….Registration is required.
