Joel G. Garrison Children’s Day from 1PM to 4PM at Memorial Park 4th Street and Memorial Ave. Williamsport. Joel G. Garrison Day consists of FREE activities for all community children (and a guardian). The event offers complimentary games, water inflatables, face painting, and refreshments. The day is made possible by the foresight, generosity and compassion of Mr. Garrison, and his desire to ensure the children of the City of Williamsport would have a day in which they could enjoy free entertainment and refreshments
